The Still Spirits T500 Alembic Condenser is part of the equipment required to turn the Grainfather G SERIES Brewing Systems into a pot still. To be used with the Still Spirits T500 Alembic Dome* or the G40 & G70 Distilling Lid* + T500 Alembic Attachment Kit*.

Whiskeys are made from grain and follow a similar process to brewing beer in the Grainfather. After fermenting the whiskey wash, this condenser paired with the appropriate lid, will distill a full-flavoured, rich-tasting whiskey. This distilling set up can also be used to distill water and hydrosols or to produce other full-flavoured spirits such as bourbon, rum, and brandy.
The Still Spirits T500 Alembic Condenser retains the flavours and aromas present in the vapour from a wash, rather than stripping them out as reflux condensers do.
