Wakatu has a restrained floral character which resembles freshly zested lime. Can be used as a dual hop due to its moderate alpha levels (6.5-8.5%). Its rounded flavour, moderate cohumulone and outstanding oil profile create a truly rewarding finish. Can be used in many beer styles and popular in premium lagers.
